i am so excited and can't wait until tomorrow is finally here. yesterday, brian and i made the decision to travel back to kayenta. the main reason is to celebrate mother's day with brian's family. we're actually going to be staying in skeleton mesa. that is where brian's grandmother resides. she lives about 30 miles off the highway and the road to get to his grandmother's house is terrible, you'll be driving through creeks, winding roads and up steep mountains. the drive up that way is beautiful, once you get to the top of the mountain you can see all of kayent and monument valley. i need to get out of phoenix......

i have to run to costco after i get out of work so i can buy brian's grandmother a mother's day cake and some dog food that his grandmother requested. i should be taking a lot of picture and i hope to share it with you all.....nite...have a wonderful mother's day weekend!!!!!!
